These terms apply to the Plopet app and site at plopet.fun. Plopet is made for kids, but these terms are for grown-ups. By using Plopet or buying Pro you agree to them. Write to support@plopet.fun.

Free and Pro

Plopet is a set of calming fidget toys with a virtual pet. It runs in the browser and can be added to the home screen. There are no accounts, no ads and no chat.

Free: the Bubble Wrap, Spinner and Sand toys, the Poop pet, and some outfits and rooms.

Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: $5.99, €5.99 or 490 ₽, depending on your price zone. The price is shown in the app before you pay. Pro adds the Squishy and Poop Merge toys, three more pets (Galaxy, Marshmallow and Bubblegum), up to four pets on one device, more outfits and rooms, and their own snack looks for Pro pets. Pro never sells speed-ups, energy, coins or loot boxes.

Payments

Payments are handled by Lava.top: card and Apple Pay, plus SBP for the Russian price zone. Your bank may add its own fees or currency conversion. We don't charge them. The pay screen says that a grown-up pays, and the payment page asks for an e-mail and a card.

Your Pro key

After payment, Pro turns on in the app and a key like PLP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX is sent to the e-mail you gave. One key works on up to 5 devices. To restore Pro, type the key in the app or ask for it again by e-mail. Don't publish your key: if it is shared, other devices can take up every place.

Refunds

Within 14 days of payment, you can ask for your money back. Write to support@plopet.fun from the e-mail you paid with. We refund through Lava.top. A refunded purchase turns Pro off on every device that uses its key, and the app says so.

If something is wrong with a payment, please write to us before asking your bank to reverse it. It is faster for you.

Progress lives on the device

Progress is saved in the browser on your device, not on our server. The browser may clear it, for example when you clear site data. To keep a copy, use Settings → “Purchase & privacy” → “Save or move progress”. We can't restore progress we never had. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

Fair use

Don't use Plopet to break the law, attack the service, get around Pro or resell keys.

No guarantee

Plopet is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Your rights as a consumer in your country are not affected.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be on this page with a new date. A change does not take away Pro you have already bought.
